As the Public Relations of volleyball federation reported, the junior boys of Iran are running their preparatory camp in Slovenia since Saturday, May 21. On the second day of camp, they hold a friendly match against the host Slovenia. The coach Behrouz Ataei mentored the team as they won 3-1 in spite of losing the first set (21-25, 25-17, 25-23, 25-21).
The starting players of this friendly match were Javad Karimi, Rasoul Aghcheli, Tayeb Eyni, Ali Asghar Mojarad, Esmaeil Mosafer, Amir Hosein Esfansiyar, and Esmaeil Talebi (libero).
Iranian juniors are to leave Maribor, Slovenia to Palencia in Spain on May, 24.
Mr. Behrouz Ataei as the head coach, Misters Masoud Armat, Alireza Toloukian, Ahmad Lahouti as the coaches, Dr. Bahman Tarverdizadeh (Trainer), Mohammad Amin Shakeri (Analyzer), Dr. Mahdi Ahmadi (Physiotherapist), and Akbar Mohammadi as the team manager accompany the team.
The 18th Asian Boy’s U21 Championship is to take place in Chinese Taipei from 9 to 17 in July.
