Iran Fly out in time to Tokyo
The national volleyball team of Iran departed to Tokyo on Friday, May 20 with 16 players to hold two friendly matches against Poland and China there right a few days before the debut match.
As the public relations of volleyball federation reported, the Olympic Qualification will run from May 28 to June 5 in Japan. This is the second camp of Iran before the Olympic Qualifier that this time will last for six days in Tokyo. The first one took place in France where Iran returned back home with two losses against France.
Lozano has taken 16 players who are Saeid Marouf, Mahdi Mahdavi, Shahram Mahmoudi, Amir Ghafour, Farhad Ghaemi, Milad Ebadipour, Mojtaba Mirzajanpour, Hamzeh Zarrini, Sayyed Mohammad Mousavi, Adel Gholami, Armin Tashakori, Mostafa Sharifat, Farhad Zarif, Alireza Mobasheri, Mohammad Javad Manavinejad, and Mahdi Marandi.
Every Iranian has blessed the team before departing to Tokyo in particular the celebrities and high authorities of Iran such as the Minister of Youth & Sport, The Deputy of Professional Sport, The Director of National Olympic Committee, the head coach of the famous football club of Iran (Persepolis), the sponsors of the national team, and some sport families.
